KEENSERTS® have established themselves as a quality name for resilient and wear-resistant thread inserts. The highly functional thread inserts are used in materials such as light metal, steel and cast metal and can also be used as durable solutions for defective threads that need to be replaced with the same nominal diameter. High-performance fastening technology for industrial applications

KEENSERTS® are made of stainless steel 1.4305 or AISI303 and are passivated in accordance with EN 2516 or AMS 2700. Our range includes metric and imperial thread dimensions as well as special sizes on request. The threaded inserts are easy to install and do not require special taps. Locking wedges on the threaded inserts are particularly practical and prevent twisting. The low-wear products are ideal for applications where the bolted connection has to be tightened and loosened frequently.

KEENSERTS® are produced by CAMLOC, a manufacturer that has specialized in fastening technology for more than 80 years. In addition to the original production site in the USA, there is a manufacturing center in Kelkheim, where all of the CAMLOC products we sell are manufactured. Thanks to our long-standing cooperation with the quality supplier Howmet Aerospace, we can guarantee fast delivery of KEENSERTS®. As a global manufacturer, Howmet Aerospace sells high-quality branded products for fastening technology.
